AGi32 is a lighting program utilized by BGR Consulting Engineers to calculate accurate photometric predictions. By computing the luminance of a certain light layout AGI assists in luminaire placement, direction and adherence to any number of lighting criteria. AGI evaluates the expected materials and surface properties to be installed and predicts real-world effects. The resulting output can be a simple plan indicating the expected foot candles along a specified grid or as complex as creating a virtual model of the proposed design. Visualization is often extremely important to comprehend lighting values; therefore, the virtual model enhances the understanding of the photometric results.
